Inception Story
Akshata had always been a dreamer. As a teenager, she had big ambitions to reach the sky and make a name for herself in the world. One day, while watching a TV show on interior design, a spark was ignited within her. She knew that this was what she wanted to do with her life—become a renowned interior designer.
And so, she worked hard, studying and honing her skills. She landed a job at a well-respected design firm and quickly rose through the ranks. But despite getting raises and promotions, something was missing. She felt a restlessness within her, a desire for something more.
In her free time, Akshata took on freelancing tasks to challenge herself and stretch her abilities. But still, she felt that something was missing—a sense of purpose that eluded her.
One day, while talking to a colleague, he suggested that Akshata take on a full project to see if it would help her find what she was missing. At first, she was hesitant, afraid of taking on too much and failing. But her colleague encouraged her to take the risk and push herself out of her comfort zone. And so, Akshata took on the project, pouring all of her creativity, passion, and dedication into it.
Akshata and Dakshayani had been given the responsibility of working on a new project. They were excited to be chosen for the task and couldn’t wait to get started. The project was challenging, but they were confident that they could handle it.
As they began working on the project, everything seemed to be going smoothly. The 2D and 3D designs were coming along well, and the selection process went without a hitch. They were also pleased with the level of cooperation they received from their team members, who were all working hard to ensure the project’s success.
As the project moved into the execution phase, they encountered a few challenges. However, they were able to overcome these challenges with the help of their teams. Akshata and Dakshayani were grateful for the support they received and couldn’t have done it without their team’s assistance.
Despite the challenges they faced, all the final teams supported Akshata and Dakshayani. They were grateful for the awesome support they received and knew that they wouldn’t have been able to complete the project without it.
Finally, after 20 days of hard work, they were able to hand over the project, which went hassle-free. Akshata was pleased with the outcome and knew that it wouldn’t have been possible without the cooperation and support of their teams. She worked tirelessly, often staying late into the night to perfect every detail. And when the project was finished, she felt a sense of satisfaction and fulfilment that she had never experienced before. She was grateful for the opportunity to work on the project and proud of the results they achieved.
That project turned out to be a turning point in Akshata’s career. It gave her the confidence and courage to start something of her own—a company that would reflect her values and the aura of her family.
Today, Akshata is the proud founder of AURA, a thriving interior design firm known for its unique and personalized approach. She is grateful for the journey that brought her here and looks back on those restless years as a reminder of the importance of taking risks and trusting in oneself.
Source of Inspiration
When Akshata witnessed Priyanka Chopra’s speaking style at an event, she was thoroughly impressed. Although her mother has always been her role model, it was only after leaving for Hostel for further education that Akshata truly recognized her mother’s unwavering work ethic. Even when suffering from pain, illness, or confined to her bed, Akshata’s mother tirelessly fulfilled her daily tasks, including making her father’s meals and tea, collecting water, and doing laundry. Inspired by her mother’s devotion, Akshata is determined to follow her lead and stay true to her commitments and responsibilities, no matter the circumstances. She also looks up to her sweet sister, who displayed incredible perseverance and managed to establish herself despite facing daunting obstacles.

With Aura, she aims to sell not just the dream of a beautiful home, but also the ongoing services and support needed to maintain that dream. By doing so, she hopes to help people keep their dreams of a perfect home alive.
As for her business plans, Akshata is currently working on implementing her ideas for Aura’s startup and expansion. While she has an influential person helping her, she will only reveal their identity once she meets their expectations. Her vision for Aura is to create a group of companies that will expand throughout India within the next three years.
