The turning point for FDAPL was the acquisition of Kirloskar Consultants Ltd. in 2011, a six-decade-old, avant-garde consulting firm founded in 1963 by the visionary and tenacious Mr. S.L. Kirloskar.
It is renamed as KICONS LIMITED. It has been in the industry for over 60 years as a successful consultancy in the fields of engineering, energy, and infrastructure. With the new knowledge and experience from KICONS, FDG has expanded successfully.

- Wilo, The Wilo Mather and Platt Pumps manufacturing plant in Pune is designed with the Largest Test Bed in Asia. A cutting-edge facility for the manufacture of non-standard pumps and a facility for testing pumps was built using precast technology. The project was successfully completed, significantly ahead of schedule!
- Margao Hospital, the Hospital Project for Goa Govt. was successfully completed with all facilities and helped serve as a COVID Hospital during the pandemic.
- Aquasplash Waterpark & Resort at Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), the first Water Park in the DRC and the largest in Central Africa with a colorful theme meeting international standards which is totally designed and completed during COVID period with some of FDG’s team members working on the site at Kinshasa.

With the goal of becoming a first-generation entrepreneur, Nitin Waghmare founded Fourth Dimension Architects Pvt. Ltd. in 1997 from a small 100-square-foot office. His vision has driven his business to great success. He possesses a unique combination of talent, creativity, humility, energy, ambition, and motivation. This has allowed him to support and lead his specialized team to achieve their best work.
