The passion for computers, designing, and HTML coding turned into a business that Vivek loved with all his heart and soul, which is one of the biggest accomplishments achieved. Initially, Vivek started this agency in a 100 sq. ft. office in the center of Kolkata, with only two computers and one single resource.
But today, Matrix Media Solutions is a family of 150+ members in a 5000 sq. ft. of office space owned at the heart of Kolkata’s IT sector. The company’s most substantial achievement is happy and satisfied customers, some of whom have been for 10–14 years because of the employees’ communication, services, and quality of delivery.
The founder of the company believes that not only in this industry but in every industry, bonding with your customers and making them feel special is non-negotiable. On asking what has made him feel special in his whole life, Vivek says, “My most memorable and remarkable moment in life is that point in time when Matrix Media Solutions
grew to 100 members. I am really living my vision to date. Owning a company in the IT industry, which I started as a passion, now with 150+ members working together, still appears to be some sort of dream. But honestly, it was great and I am super proud of my team.
What’s Next?
Matrix Media’s mission for the next 5 years is to achieve at least 5x growth for the company. All its work should be automated and more organized. Adopting new technologies to stand out in the market is definitely a priority for the company. The founder of the company firmly believes that if the company grows, everybody associated with it will also grow.
Advice for Budding Entrepreneurs
When asked about what golden advice he would like to give to budding business persons in the industry, Mr. Vivek asserts, “Never give up. You will fail multiple times, and that’s okay. No one remembers failures once you win. I have failed multiple times, and trust me, every time it was a learning experience. Learn from it and use it to get your moves right. Whatever you do, give your best.”
