- Kindly brief us about you and your journey since the beginning of your career.
It was always my passion to market and sell International properties. My journey with selling International Properties began, when I sold my own ancestral home in London. It struck me even then, on how seamless and effortless the transaction was. I eventually started my career with selling UK properties to Indian HNIs way back in 2007 and the journey continued since then. Post that, I have held senior management positions with many multi-national giants like Knight Frank India and Coldwell Banker India in my extensive professional career spanning over a decade. Prior to launching Krypton Global Investments, I was the Director, International and NRI Residential Services at Colliers International. - How do you describe yourself in one-word or one-sentence?
I am a go-getter and 100% devoted to achieving excellence in whatever I take up with honest and sincere efforts. - What is your source of motivation?
The first thought that inspires me is the fact that apart from my own livelihood, I am also responsible for my highly aspiring, enthusiastic and sincere young team. My motivation mantra is that there is nothing that can stop you if you set your mind to it. It takes courage to chuck a well-paying job to start something on your own. It motivates me to see that what I started as a niche business area has now become a common dream by the Krypton team to excel and outperform ourselves. - Kindly tell us about the challenges you faced to withstand the complexities of the industry.
The journey so far as an entrepreneur has been more exhilarating than challenging! There have been exciting challenges of setting up the business from scratch. From understanding how things work. How people work. What kind of operational strength you need. A lot of credit goes to my education at INSEAD which taught me to handle the minute details of the operational side of the business as I learnt to do every little thing when you start your own company. The entire experience has been extremely humbling. - Kindly describe in detail about your company and its unique services/products.

My major achievement is to run the company as a profit centre & create a successful niche business start-up on its own without any external funding till now. Besides, ensuring the livelihoods of my employees are supported by the venture. - How do you see yourself and your company in the near future? Tell us about your future goals.
Started as a bootstrapped company, we turned profitable in less than two years. I would definitely like to expand our services to other key metros as well. I also look forward to having exclusive associations with some of the leading names in the international property world and continue to bbuild the brand presence through digital & social media marketing - What would you advise to budding entrepreneurs?
My advice to all the budding entrepreneurs- Be strong be consistent, be sincere! Understand what you need to do, get your finances in order, keep something for the rainy day! Look out for support from friends & family. Support yourself. Spread your material wealth generously with everyone who has supported you during the journey whether it is your team members or support staff, your spouse or your family members.
