A Path of Unwavering Dedication and Vision
Mukesh has been a computer nerd since he was five years old. He began coding in C++ when he was 13 years old. After failing in numerous prior ventures, Mukesh eventually achieved success with SegWitz, which was launched in January 2019.
Mukesh was highly influenced by Bill Gates. He has always aspired to establish a software firm since he was five years old. As a result, when he graduated from high school at the age of 17, he launched his first business. It failed, he ran it throughout 2016 and then ceased operating it in December 2016. He then ran a video game development startup until December of 2018, he was developing video games while also working as a freelance web developer and an IT consultant.
Mukesh has worked with a number of companies that have previously engaged another development firm to construct their web sites or mobile applications. Also, these companies were dealing with issues such as development that was meant to be completed in six months, but it had been a year and the firm still hadn’t done it, or the company receiving work that was not what they had hoped for. Mukesh was working as a consultant in these companies, providing advice and guidance on rectifying such issues.
At the end of 2018, Mukesh took the decision to close his second venture, which was also struggling, and in January of 2019, he launched SegWitz. SegWitz was founded with the primary goal of understanding the industry and addressing market problems. He asserts,
“We don’t just develop software, web applications, or mobile applications. We build these to help our clients to achieve their business goals.”

At SegWitz, the management has a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that allows them to run projects more efficiently. When a project is running smoothly, the morale of the people working on the project will be high. Mukesh describes,
“We always strive to operate in a very organized way. We also always make sure our employees’ welfare is taken care of so they can work at peace of mind. Besides that, we have proper tools which enable remote work very easily without hiccups. This kind of action allows all of us to be very productive.”
Advice for budding and aspiring entrepreneurs
As per Mukesh, one of the key elements of pursuing a new business idea is understanding the market and those who are involved with it. First, one should clearly identify who they are going to be selling to. With this in mind, it’s also important to recognize the market size.
He says, “After you’ve identified your market, you need to determine how you are going to reach them. When you try to determine different points of entry, it is going to be most important that you choose an entry point that will lead to the most future growth opportunities in your target market and adjoining ones.” Mukesh also suggests taking the time to research each potential entry point to ensure one is making his or her own decision and putting their resources to their best use.
Living a Balanced and Disciplined Life
Mukesh began with no sense of balance between his business and personal lives, but over time, he has developed a list of things he has to accomplish for his personal life and keeps himself accountable. He believes that discipline and timeliness are two of the most important qualities that a professional must possess in order to be successful. Discipline guarantees that employees act appropriately at work and follow the organization’s rules and regulations. Disciplined people are successful not just professionally, but also in their personal life.
He believes that having discipline is vital in maintaining a work-life balance. He claims that disciplined personnel are loved and appreciated not just by their bosses but also by their coworkers. When compared to those who attend the office merely for the purpose of it, such employees swiftly climb the success ladder, and they frequently find themselves out of the system in no time. “You need to realise that there is a difference between the office and the home, and you simply cannot act the same way at work as you do at home,” he adds. He continues,
“Discipline is critical at the workplace because it ensures people act properly and maintains the company’s decorum.”
Mukesh learned to be more disciplined so that he could complete his professional tasks on time and then have his leisure time. He claims that while the work for an entrepreneur is never done, more work will always be on the way. But, it is still possible to establish a truly disciplined lifestyle in order to be productive.
“During working hours, I value productivity hours rather than working hours, and I want to be as productive as possible,” he says.
Be a Part of the Change or Bring the Change
According to Mukesh, everything he does is aimed at empowering the community and changing people’s lives. The entire globe is going digital, and the economy is changing quickly. “It implies there are a lot of chances nowadays, and a lot of people are coming there to produce a little bit,” he says. So, when the world transforms into a fast-paced environment, one must understand the value of an opportunity.
Mukesh wants to be remembered as someone who helped to bring change. “I constantly keep in mind, whatever I do, is this going to benefit the community or not? This is a question I always ask myself. If it is going to benefit the community as a whole, then I would do all I could to get it done, “he says.

As per Mukesh, in the coming years, SegWitz will be one of the leading tech solutions providers for businesses in South East Asia and will be enabling businesses to leverage tech for growth. Since the founding of SegWitz, the one and only goal Mukesh has always had is to enable businesses to invest in digitization with peace of mind.
