Started on 20th May, 2017, at Bangalore, Frozen Bottle, one of India’s trendiest milkshake brand is on a run to build its own outlet army across the globe. Started off from Bengaluru it is now in over 25+ cities in India with 165+ outlets and aims to open up over 1000+ outlets in the next 4 years. With a vision and mission to grow, learn, serve and revolutionize the frozen dessert scene in and around India Frozen Bottle is an ever-growing plethora.
It serves a wide variety of Frozen Desserts, Signature Thick Shakes and one of its kind Ice Cream Jars that are 100 percent vegetarian.
Frozen Bottle is the birth of 21st century which makes it contemporarily rich and well versed with the youth spectrum. The Sweet Strategies of Growth-
The sweet dessert place is conceptually a ROI driven organization with customer centric focus and franchise/ stakeholder friendly in all the ways. While they have sailed profitably during the financial year of 20-21, they are looking at expansion through multi-business models and intending to explore new geographies with-in India and outside in the coming days. Perhaps, creating a food tech platform is the conscious decision Mr. Pranshul has taken to bring multiple brands under the same umbrella through both organic and inorganic, possibly by mergers and acquisition.

Although their sales have been competing with each other on the online and offline platforms, there is a significant difference have been shown by the online sales always. Frozen Bottle has made their presence strong in the social media platforms through BTL marketing to reach out the youth who are their main target audience. Influencer digital marketing is another key of increasing the visibility at the moment.
During the journey, Frozen Bottle, as a brand was strengthened by their strategic collaborations with market leading brands like ITC, Red Bull, SONY PIX, KIT KAT and Pure & Sure which gave an outstanding line of desserts choices to the customers.

The Journey of Mr. Pranshul Yadav in his Own Words-
“I am Pranshul Yadav, the Founder & CEO of the brand aged at 35, was born in Hissar and brought up across various cities during my early days. I have completed my schooling at Holy Angel school – Hissar and completed B.Tech at GJU – Hissar . I am an electronic engineer with masters in business administration from FORE School of Management-Delhi. I come from a family of business background and blessed with two sons.
Like most of us who does not want to explore an unfamiliar knowledge space, my employment started with Honda as Dealer Development; like most of the engineers. Perhaps the role gave me an immense learning of culture and habits of a vast geography of our nation, as entire south. Three years of successful dealer spread, I was ready to venture into something that is close to my heart, the Beverages.
State to state and street to street, over 3 years, unanimously I have realized that beverages are an integral part of our Indian culture. Most of them are milk based like Lassi, the original desi shake. Along the way of my search, I have come across countless Ice cream giants who well established their existence across the country. Also, there were beverages, variety of them distinguished by flavors, yet I think I was looking for more and different than what is served. That was my inspiration to venture into dessert space. A common platform to bring up ice creams and milk shakes together for all who has a sweet tooth but not in favor of hardcore sweets. To my surprise, there wasn’t any caterers exclusive for desserts in the market. Desserts were served either at restaurants or at independent ice cream stores. In fact, the concept of desserts was restricted to only ice creams or sweets at those days.
At some point of time, my appetite for business took over the fear of quitting the job and becoming an entrepreneur and venturing into something my heart desires to, the desserts space. That’s the story behind the birth of Frozen Bottle.
Over a cup of coffee, I met this wonderful human, Arun Suvarna, aged 46, years ago. That first meeting did not give a hint even that we are going to build a brand in the following years. He has a successful real estate background, yet nothing to do with desserts. When we have decided to take up the concept of Frozen Bottle ahead, his experience in the real estate space came in handy to locate and identify stores across the country. He is managing our expansion in short.
The current economic meltdown brought in by the pandemic affected every business in its very own way including ours. Perhaps, cold beverages being our signature product had the impact than any other products. However, we have taken conscious decisions to reduce the operational cost and increase the functional efficiency to operate in an optimal pace. While we have survived through the first wave, we looked at the next with an aggressive expansion plan to make use of the downfall of rentals across the country. As the need of the hour, we have learned to swim against the current by changing our product line-up, introducing new healthy range of shakes, Mocktails and hot beverages. We have strategically changed our way to maximize the brand accessibility to our customers for better reach. Most importantly, this pandemic has taught us to think and walk ahead in the direction of creating a food tech platform with multiple food products/ Brands in the QSR space in the upcoming years.”
His Advice to the New Entrepreneurs-
“Advice may not be the right word however I am always open to share my learnings which are the extracts of my experiences over the past four wonderful years of working in Frozen Bottle. As many says, evolution is an outcome from the right combination of time and effort. My time and effort is dedicated to Frozen Bottle from the day I have opened the first store and since then the excitement I carry is always the same at every new store opening. The passion you have towards your venture is the key of you and your brand’s success.”
