PACER: PremierAgile has an in-house built framework called “PACER” that helps organisations build great customer products and services. This framework enables early feedback and collaboration in contrast to a traditional way of working. Built on Scrum, the framework defines an iterative cycle of activities to build products incrementally – be in software, hardware, manufacturing, banking, marketing etc.
Exepedia: Partnering with other seasoned practitioners, PremierAgile created a coaching model ‘Exepedia’ that helps create alignment during organisational transformations across the leaders and senior executives. Metrics: The CEO and lead coach Suresh Konduru compiled ‘Agile Product Metrics’ from his real-world experiences in Agile transformation and coaching. A Renowned Leader
Suresh Konduru, the company’s creator, has been recognised as a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) after a 5-year journey. This CST certificate paved the way for new opportunities in coaching, training, and change management.
Going independent and starting a full-fledged corporation rather than simply being a one-on-one trainer took bravery. He was working with a non-profit to assist military personnel in making the transition to successful business employment. Suresh specialised in banking and financial services in sub-domains such as wholesale and corporate banking, escrow systems, trade finance, capital markets, P & C Insurance, Insurance Tracking, and Credit Ratings, which have produced big and important systems for many industry domains.
He has also set up and managed significant initiatives to improve Delivery Excellence, Financials, Innovation, Metrics, Customer Satisfaction, and Management Reporting, among other things. He oversaw major turn-key transition initiatives while effortlessly taking over from long-term collaborators.
Suresh built and managed multi-year, multi-million dollar AMS engagements that included SLA compliance, due diligence, and pre-sales, among other things. He also built and managed dispersed and scaled agile environments with big teams in many locations.
Suresh is a regular speaker, reviewer and volunteer at Agile-Scrum conferences and meet-ups in India and across the world. Being an Agile enthusiast, Suresh founded the ISEC (India Scrum Enthusiasts Community) Mumbai Chapter and PremierWednesday communities; also he co-founded another community SpreadAgile along with other similar enthusiasts.
Suresh’s advice for emerging leaders is to give customers the utmost importance and empower employees to make decisions. He says,

Giving back to the Community
Since 2014, PremierAgile’s main trainers and coaches have volunteered at numerous worldwide and local Agile and Scrum conferences. It founded and led groups and local chapters to give back to their communities.
