Millennials, or those born between the early 1980s and the year 2000, number about 80 million people. While some perceive them as a phone-obsessed generation, others see that they are influencing the world around us. The Millennial attitude is one that blends individuality with an authentic offering of worth to the world, driven more by mission and ideals than by money. In many respects, millennials are ready to repay the favours that have been showered upon them as a result of their achievements.
Today’s millennials are among the most powerful individuals living, and this tendency will only continue when the group achieves its peak professional influence over the next two decades. In reality, the majority of today’s tech executives are millennials who are growing and developing their companies.

Being the CEO
Being a CEO, according to Sameep, entails looking after the requirements of all business divisions, including when products fall out of the funnel in other divisions. Every business unit at Carrus has its own business unit leader. All of the unit leaders have a lot of experience and are great individuals. He adds,
“We have a very large and competent team, and for the same reason, they focus more on technology while I focus on vision and overall management.”
Sameep works with investors prepares presentations, sets goals, and maps out how the roadmap will function and how the firm will implement it. “The majority of my time is spent having meaningful partnerships, bringing investors, negotiating JV(s), creating new connections, and talking to them to understand their point of view,” he states.
Inspired to Innovate by Challenges
Sameep has always been keen on confronting long-standing concerns, such as systematic socioeconomic inequality and the growing impacts of climate change. He recognized an opportunity in the fact that the epidemic pushed many firms to pivot in 2020, and he saw a silver lining in the year’s events. He has stood up to tackle these worldwide issues through Carrus, and as a result, he is expanding. Taking notice of how India’s cold storage and transportation challenges, Carrus is trying to make it a smooth operation, with initiatives aimed at satisfying the most basic needs of the time. The latest technology-equipped drones are a perfect blend of technology and sustainability, with easy kineticism, ample storage, and security.
Learning through Communicating with People
Sameep is always conversing with too many people and feels that understanding people’s experiences begins with talking to them. He has a number of mentors rather than just one. “I would always advise that a person should not have only one mentor,” he says. According to him, having a single mentor is a little outdated idea because everyone is a master at something. “Whatever sector’s expertise you need, you may have a separate mentor for that,” he says. Sameep worked for free for most of his learning time, and working for free was not only because he wanted to learn, but also because he wanted to comprehend everyone. “I have better individuals on my team with more experience, and I learn from them every day,” he says. He further adds that one can just include these things in a really concise manner that would be fantastic because people should understand that entrepreneurship isn’t only about the money; it’s also about the experiences and sustainable growth.
Aspire to become Proficient
Sameep aspires to master a wide range of skills in order to become a better version of himself. His definition of learning and knowledge includes problem-solving skills, the ability to deal with pressure, the ability to deal with critical situations, the ability to handle clients, the ability to manage human resources, the ability to manage client resources, management, being informed about technologies, and the ability to manage IP from zero to 100. He wants to comprehend and learn, and then he wants to implement newer innovations.
