Q. Being a successful business leader, what difficulties and challenges do you face? What keeps you motivated?
Emerging trends, accelerated pace of change, and disruptive innovations have intensified the business scenario, especially when it comes to the growing Digital Marketing Industry. It’s extremely potent that I keep in touch with the industry’s latest trends, have a broader set of knowledge to zealously serve my clients, and be open to change in the evolving business environment.
For me, passion, habit, and optimism are what keep me motivated. I love what I do and that’s what wakes me up every morning, feeling fresh & ready to tackle my day with enthusiasm & optimism. Being a Business Development Expert, it’s my goal to help clients achieve success and I give my 100% to convert it into reality.
Q. Brief us about the CEO/Founder of the company.
CEO & Founder Saransh Gupta is an accomplished Business Development Expert, having served over 270+ brands ranging from Startups to Fortune 500 companies. Starting at a young age with managing a family-operated business; he gained hands-on Marketing & managerial experience and exposure from various sectors and channeled this expertise into forming Uniworld Studios. His true proficiency lies in building bespoke brands with superior value. For his unique and influential marketing ways, he has won numerous awards. Besides his professional front, he is a licensed motor sports racer, a gaming enthusiast, and an avid traveler.

Q. What is your opinion regarding the current landscape of the market your company caters to?
We provide our bespoke marketing solutions across industries such as IT, education, appliances, beauty & body care, restaurants, and much more. The demand for online marketing across these industries has drastically changed in the past three years. More and more businesses are looking to establish their online presence by building not just a business, but a brand; that’s where we come in!
I would say that the Digital Marketing is the need of the hour of businesses across all industries and in the upcoming years, it’s only going to flourish more.
Q. How do you motivate your team to be innovative and productive at work?
I strongly believe success as a group effort. I ensure productivity at the workplace by giving ownership to the team members for their own decisions and making them accountable for their individual work. This induces responsible behavior, enhances individual growth, boosts their self-esteem, and improves their overall performance.
For innovation, we have brainstorm sessions every few days in which all team members, irrespective of their departments, sit together and discuss about improving clients’ success, building strategies, and many more things. To ensure that the work environment stays lively, we have Fun Saturdays where we group up to play a variety of games such as Dumb Charades, outside sports like cricket, and many more.
Q. How do you maintain a productive work culture at a company while motivating your employees?
We ensure a culture of productivity by pre-planning organizational and individual goals for each specific team member so that everyone contributes to the bigger picture. We encourage team collaboration and frequent brainstorm sessions to ensure every process is organized and every task is accomplished to perfection. We provide training, resources and the right tools so that everyone can complete their work efficiently and grow as professionals at the same time.
To keep team members motivated, we ensure refreshing breaks and regular incentives for improved performance.
Q. What are your future plans for the company? Where do you see the company in the years to come?
In March 2021, we completed six successful years!
We have a roadmap in line for the next five years. We aim to expand into more horizons and be of much more assistance to our clients. We plan to become a billion-dollar global marketing giant with 1000 employees in the next 5 years.
Q. What is your advice to the budding and aspiring entrepreneurs?
Plan, plan, plan….and execute the plan. Plan for every eventuality, prepare a solid market strategy and analyze things that can go wrong with your plan and prepare an apt strategy to tackle it. Hone your marketing and communication skills; these are critical to building a thriving business.
Fill your life with people who motivate you and assist you on the journey to success. Stop giving time to things and people that you know won’t matter and contribute to your success. Last of all, never give up. There might be times when giving up would feel better, but believe in yourself and give time to your enterprise to rise to the top of the charts.
