The Iconic Platinum Awards recognizes, celebrates, and honors iconic excellence across all business-incorporated industries, as well as the most outstanding entrepreneurs, and leaders within high-growing businesses.
This award is open to outstanding & iconic individual leaders and large/small organizations, from private to public, for-profit to non-profit, that extends to all available industries in the market.
The Iconic Platinum Awards are bestowed annually and are designed to encourage total improvement in each sector of our business. The Award nominations are reviewed by industry peers and experts. The average score from the judges will decide the winner in each category.
We received around 207 nominations for The Iconic Platinum Awards from various sectors and a total of 63 were shortlisted among them. These shortlisted nominations were reviewed by an Elite Jury that included Dr. Ankita Singh (Global Head of HR at Cignex), and Dr. Saumya Badgayan (VP of HR at Gold Star Jewellery).

The event is hosted by Aarti Lokhande and it started with a welcome speech by Mr. Ankit Joshi, (CEO, Feather Touch Business Solutions). The stand-alone speaking slot started with Ms. Zaiba Sarang, (Co-Founder, iThink Logistics), and Mr. Sreekant Lanka (Snr. VP – Solutions, IQuanti) sharing their knowledge from E-commerce logistics and AI in Marketing sectors.
The panel discussion on Marketing started with the introduction of the speakers such as Moderator: Mr. Akshay Batla (Growth & Marketing Leader), Mr. Sunil Natt (Head – Digital & E-commerce, Galderma India Pvt. Ltd.), Mr. Indrranil Roy Choudhuri (VP-Communications, Wadzpay Worldwide Pte Ltd.) & Mr. Shetanshu Dixit (Lead Digital Communications at Pernod Ricard India) on the topic of “How to Automate your Marketing Strategies in Marketing”.
Following this, the panel discussion saw some eminent individuals from the industry such as Moderator: Ms. Madhuri Mhamankar (Head-HR, Yotta Data Services), Ms. Shilpa Tawte (Sr. VP-HR, Netcore Cloud Pvt. Ltd.), Ms. Gauri Das (VP & Head HR – India Factoring & Finance Solutions) & Mr. Shishir Kumar (Sr. HR Business Leader, Airbus Group). The panel discussion saw varied opinions being shared by the panelists on the topic “Employee Life Cycle Balances on HR. True or False?”.
The next panel discussion was created for CEOs from the PR & Digital Marketing industry such as Moderator: Mr. Ranjeet Kumar (Co-Founder & CEO, Team Pumpkin), Mr. Sohil Karia (Co-Founder, Schbang), Mr. Dhananjay Arora (Founder & CEO, KWebmaker Digital Agency) & Mr. Hemal Majithia (Founder & Chief Oktomind, Oktobuzz). Each individual speaker shared their knowledge & experiences on the topic of “Business Growth & Expansion”
Following this, the last panel discussion saw some powerful individuals from the industry such as Moderator: Ms. Anupama Vaidya (Business & People Strategist, Director & Founder at Loas Aurigas), Ms. Zaiba Sarang (Co-Founder, iThink Logistics), Ms. Divya Dixit (Business Strategy & Growth Consultant) & Dr. Shilpa H Naveen (Exe. Director, Vaibhav Veda Green Ventures Pvt. Ltd. & Chairperson of Dr. Shilpa Samnvai Foundation). The panel discussion saw outstanding discussions and knowledge being shared by the panelists on the topic “Women as true leaders or just to suffice statues”.
The celebrity guest present at the occasion was Deepshikha Nagpal who felicitated the award winners with a trophy and certificate. She said she felt privileged to be a part of this ceremony and to give away the award to all the winners.
The event witnessed over 123+ attendees.
