Q. Kindly talk about the exclusive products or services offered by Thinkonic Software, How does it distinguish you from your competitors?
Thinkonic offers specialized IT infrastructure solutions, helping clients build their products and turn their ideas into reality. One of our core strengths is staff augmentation and the development of custom applications. Our seasoned professionals form part of the client’s technical team to meet the needs without the burden of onboarding FTEs. We help them by keeping the projects on track and providing support for load testing, usability testing, and security testing. We have expertise in Microsoft as well as open-source technologies.
We use cloud platforms like Amazon and Microsoft Azure and have hands on experience with them. We provide development services for web and mobile software, along with providing consultancy in Devops & managing cloud infrastructure.
Q. Could you please share your noted milestones and accomplishments throughout your journey so far, along with Thinkonic Software, highlights, and achievements under your leadership?
We started with just two people in 2017. Now we are a team of 11. I feel we have a long way to go.
What gives me immense joy and a sense of accomplishment is knowing that, today, we have a dedicated and dynamic team that really believes in Thinkonic’s vision and mission.
But just to give you an idea-I would like to mention a few milestones that we have achieved-

Q. Give a detailed description of the Founder/CEO/Management’s contribution to Thinkonic Software?
My journey began as a Software Developer to Technical Director, so I am aware of all the challenges, pros and cons at every phase – and that’s where I think, was the seed for stating up Thinkonic I wanted to develop a team that is completely self-sufficient, in a manner that every team member knows exactly how & what to accomplish while developing a product, where to find answers, how to add value to a service & have a 360-degree view of the impact when making the slightest of changes. We do Extreme Programming, with 5 core principals- Communication, Simplicity, Feedback, Courage, & Respect and that is our USP. Let me tell you one thing- We do not hire for Skills, we hire for Talent: A talented person acquires and uses his skillsets efficiently. Our core strengths are our also our key skills, and they are:

Q. Advice for entrepreneurs who are trying to embark on the same field?
Do Not Sell Service, Add value to your service. Once you create value, you automatically create a niche segment for yourself.
Q. Where do you see yourself and Thinkonic Software in the future? Or, what is your goal to mark uniqueness in the future?
As a team, we want to grow and become integral technology and strategic partners with clients in APAC & EMEA. We are keenly looking forward to scaling up with more resources and infrastructure and opening new work opportunities by 2022. We look for people who build amazing products and we want to be with those people so that we can remain with them for a long time. We are not fixers, we are builders.
